Miyamoto Musashi

It is better to be a warrior in a garden, than a gardener in war.

Being a warrior in a garden means possessing the capability for violence but choosing to utilize that power to create and maintain a peaceful environment for oneself and others. True power comes from being peaceful. A peaceful warrior is someone who remains calm and composed in the face of adversity and resides in a constant state of peace. They recognize that they are simply an observer of life, like a sheepdog watching over their flock. Through the practice of surrender, the peaceful warrior can identify when peace is being threatened and take action to restore it. This state of peace enables them to notice the absence of peace more readily, compelling the warrior to do everything in their power to bring it back and remain the observer of their surroundings. A peaceful warrior is like a shade tree on a hot day, providing others with shelter and solace in their peaceful power.

What prevents you from becoming this shade tree?

Our nervous systems have become conditioned to respond with a fight or flight reaction when we are triggered by fear. Fear of dying or fear of living a life that doesn't align with our desired outcomes.

Retraining the nervous system necessitates placing oneself in uncomfortable situations that induce stress and fear, which trigger the autonomic nervous system's fight or flight response. Handling firearms is a potent method of accessing this response, as many individuals experience apprehension, fear, or reluctance in their presence and what they may represent, depending on the individual.

Through my years of experience with firearms and strategic tools, I can help you learn to relax, release, and ground your energy when feeling fear, stress, anxiety, disappointment, or excitement. In other words, firearms are a tool to assist you in surpassing your mind and learning to relax, release, and harmonize while the chaos continues to rage both inside and outside of you.

In February of 2020, right before the entire world was turned upside down by Covid, MY entire world was flipped upside down. I was sexually assaulted by my husbands best friend of 15 years. It took several months for me to come forward about what happened. Over those months this man stalked me, and stole from me. The final straw was when he stole and copied my keys. I no longer felt safe in my car, my place of work, or even my own home.

I was raised hunting  and fishing and was introduced to guns at a young age. But I wasn’t comfortable with hand guns. I had seen some of Hannah’s social media posts and decided to reach out. She was happy to train me. I just wanted some simple hand gun training and a concealed carry permit course. After explaining my situation to her she told me we could do better than just firearms training.

I spent an intense weekend with Hannah. She taught me about breath work, cold plunging and harnessing my feminine power. We did some hand-to-hand self defense training and she taught me how to unarm an  attacker, how to confidently and consciously carry a firearm. I learned what I needed to look for in a good pistol of my own. We spent several hours on the range. I left that weekend knowing how to continue my training. But more than anything I left with a confidence in myself that I never knew possible. I didn’t just feel safe outwardly, I left feeling safe in who I am. I cannot thank Hannah enough for that experience and I look forward to training with her again soon!

A Holistic Approach to Firearms Training

Firearm training has been revolutionized. Gone are the days when handling a gun was just a physical skill. Welcome to a groundbreaking experience where mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical prowess unite to shape a well-rounded guardian. Our unique program will not only equip you with practical firearm skills but also empower you with mental and emotional tools to handle stress and improve overall wellness.

Step 1

Harness the Breath

Before you even touch a firearm, you will learn the ancient art of breathwork. Through a series of guided breathing techniques, you will experience how controlling your breath can clear your mind, reduce anxiety, and build a bridge between your mind and body. This foundational step will give you the tools needed to remain calm and focused in any situation.

Step 2

Embrace the Cold

Step into nature's classroom with cold plunging. Depending on the location, you'll either immerse yourself in the invigorating chill of natural streams or plunge into portable cold baths. This experience will give you firsthand knowledge of your body's fight-or-flight response. Through controlled breathing, you will learn how to override this stress response and shift into a state of calm. Cold plunging is not just about physical resilience; it's about mental fortitude and learning to stay composed under pressure.

Step 3

Mastering the Firearm

Now that you are equipped with the mental and emotional tools to handle stress, it’s time to put them into practice with firearms training. The handling of firearms often triggers an instinctual stress response. Here, you will learn to apply your breathwork and mental resilience to maintain calm and focus. This stable mental state is the ideal environment for learning the fundamentals of firearm handling.

Evolving Firearm Mastery: The Triad of Breath, Resilience, and Skill

As you build your foundation, the training with firearms will gradually evolve. You will delve into more advanced techniques, tactics, and strategies. With your mental, emotional, and physical skills harmoniously aligned, you will emerge not just as a person skilled in firearms but as a true guardian, capable of protecting and preserving peace not only inside yourself, but also in the world and lives around you.

Conclusion: Our revolutionary approach to firearms training goes beyond shooting skills. We're forging individuals who are centered, resilient, and adept. Whether you're preparing to buy your first gun or a novice marksman, this journey is for you. Come experience a transformation that extends beyond the range and into every facet of life.
